During the Shell Recruitment Day we explore how well you’re able to manage various business scenarios. We’ll assess your capacity to analyze critical issues and identify the wider implications. Based upon our assessment criteria of CAR; Capacity, Achievement and Relationship skills you display during this day, you could be offered a full-time position.
- For those interested in joining our Shell Graduate Program through a Shell Recruitment Day, you’re eligible to apply if you’re a final year student or you have graduated within the previous 3 years, and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
- In order to be eligible for an internship you must be an actively enrolled student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale) who will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship.
- If you have applied before, either as an intern or as a graduate, you must wait at least 12 months before applying again. You can continue to update your existing profile information in our application system during this time period.
- If you have attended a Shell Recruitment Day previously, the time between applications should be at least three years. This will give you sufficient time to demonstrate that you have gained additional experience or qualifications.
